Sarah started with the Newly Institute in June of 2023. Her journey toward a career in the realm of mental health began with exploring her passion for human health and performance, which led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanics from the University of Calgary. Driven by her curiosity about the multifaced aspects of wellness, Sarah pursued further education and obtained a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. As an OT, Sarah believes in the inherent strength and resilience of every person. She is committed to fostering a space for individuals to compassionately explore their past experiences and reconnect with their true selves in the wake of life’s challenges. Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature or experimenting with new culinary endeavors.
