One-on-One Sessions with our Occupational Therapists: Occupational Therapist are experts at increasing function, and routine building. In this 6 week program you will work with an Occupational Therapist to master the fundamentals of effective goal setting, habit creation, and maintaining wellness routines that fit your life! Change can be hard, let our experienced OT team provide professional, evidence based insights to help you achieve and sustain your goals!
One-on-One Sessions with Kinesiologists: Our Kinesiologists are trained physical wellness and fitness professionals, who also hold designation as certified personal trainers. In this program our Kinesiologists will work with you to build a customized exercise plan tailored to your fitness level, goals and access to exercise equipment. Practice and refine your exercises in our fully equipped clinic gym with expert guidance. Programs can be adapted to those with access to full gyms, or simply exercising at home!
How it Works
Initial Kinesiology Assessment
Your first session with a Kinesiologist will focus on understanding your current wellness level, and goals. Through a collaborative evaluation, we will identify your strengths, areas of desired improvement, and any specific needs, creating a personalized exercise plan to kickstart your wellness journey with confidence.
Initial OT assessment
In your initial session, an Occupational Therapist will work with you to explore your lifestyle, routines, and wellness goals. Together, you’ll identify barriers, map out actionable steps, and begin crafting a customized plan to establish sustainable habits that align with your daily life and aspirations.
Weekly appointments x 6 weeks
60 minutes: Weekly Kinesiology Appointments
Each week, your Kinesiologist will review your progress, refine your exercise techniques, and adapt your plan to meet your evolving needs and goals. These sessions provide hands-on guidance in our clinic gym or tailored advice for home workouts, ensuring your routine remains effective, safe, and aligned with your fitness journey.
75 minutes: Weekly Occupational Therapy Appointments
During your weekly sessions with an Occupational Therapist, you’ll assess your progress in building wellness routines, troubleshoot challenges, and update your goals to stay on track. Together, you’ll fine-tune strategies for habit creation and explore personalized solutions to integrate lasting wellness practices into your daily life
