Depression in Canada

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, 38% of Canadians have reported a significant decrease in their mental well-being. The number of adults with significant depression symptoms has increased from 4% to 10% (source: Statistics Canada). Social isolation, fear of the future, loss of loved ones, and significant changes in lifestyle have all contributed to an increase in depression symptoms across the country.

While depression can create significant despair and hopelessness, The Newly Institute has an experienced team ready to help you to overcome it. Our “rapid treatment, rapid recovery” approach means that you can get back to living your life. Best of all, we will give you the tools you need to continue living it and to cope with whatever comes your way.
