The Newly Institute recognizes that addiction often coexists with underlying trauma and mental health challenges, necessitating a comprehensive strategy for recovery. With additional assessment and treatment recommendations from our addictions medicine specialists, clients can feel safe and supported while receiving addiction treatment.
The combination of receiving trauma therapy and learning mental health skills not only addresses the immediate challenges of addiction treatment, but also establishes a framework for individuals to cope with life’s stressors in healthier ways, reducing the risk of relapse and promoting overall well-being. Our relapse-prevention strategies provide a foundation for sustainable recovery.
