Addiction Core IOP

Addiction Treatment at the Newly Institute is designed for those who require addiction treatment providing rapid resolution of the mental health issues, which is often the root of addiction. The program can be combined with treatments for anxiety, depression, and chronic pain treatment. This program includes the Optimal Health Education series, Tramua Treatment, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Training, and more, to help you quickly overcome your addiction, and remain addiction free.

Designed for those who require addiction treatment as part of their intensive outpatient program. We provide world-class trauma, and other comorbid mental health disorder therapies to help people recover, and stay recovered, from addiction.

A typical week might look like this:

Day 1:
  • Intentional Grounding [0.5 hours]
  • Ketamine Assisted Treatment [1.5 hours]
  • Integration Session [1 hour]
  • Mindfulness and Resiliency Training [2 hours]
  • Trauma-Sensitive Yoga [2 hours]
Day 2:
  • Individual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy [2 hours]
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy [2.5 hours] or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy [2.5 hours]
  • Family Education Programming [1 hour]
  • Sleep Education [1 hour]
Day 3:
