Hi, my name is Jessica Au Duong. I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with several years of experience working with addictions and mental health services in a hospital setting. My practice is rooted in a holistic approach, and I’m especially passionate about connecting with individuals one-on-one to foster empowerment and build resiliency. This passion has inspired me to pursue further education, and I’ll be starting my Master’s in Counselling program this September 2025. Outside of study and work, I enjoy watching the Oilers and love exploring food spots. I particularly love sweets!
