Gabriella, also known as Gabbi, is a dedicated occupational therapist with a passion for mental health and enhancing well-being. She graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Her academic background, intertwining arts and science, provides a robust foundation for her holistic approach to person-centered care.

Gabriella is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills. Her experience as a yoga and dance teacher, combined with her affinity for meditation and play, enriches her therapeutic approach. She views trust, hope, understanding, and safety as essential precursors to engaging in health-promoting behaviors and works to foster a sense of coherence with her clients.

Gabriella is also interested in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and has contributed to pioneering efforts to integrate occupational therapy into this emerging field. She believes that occupational therapy is a vital component of the interdisciplinary approach to psychedelic therapy, enabling clients to flourish through doing, being, becoming, and belonging.
