Gabriella (Gabbi) Hogan is a dedicated occupational therapist with a passion for mental health and enhancing well-being. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Her academic background, bridging arts and science, forms the foundation of her holistic, person-centered approach to care. Gabriella brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and lived experience, allowing her to connect with clients in an authentic and compassionate way.

Gabriella is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills. Her background as a yoga and dance teacher, combined with her understanding of mindfulness and movement, informs a grounded and integrative therapeutic approach. She views trust, hope, understanding, and safety as essential precursors to meaningful change and works to foster a strong sense of coherence in her clients’ lives.

Gabriella is also passionate about the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and has contributed to pioneering efforts to integrate occupational therapy into this emerging field. She believes OT plays a vital role in psychedelic-assisted therapy, helping clients flourish through doing, being, becoming, and belonging.
