"I like to think that images of people doing amazing things may open people's eyes to the human potential, to the idea that people can do the extraordinary when they set their minds to it." -Jimmy Chin

Chelsea (she/her) values collaboration, authenticity, humour, and adventure, all of which she brings to her work. Her therapy philosophy is guided by the belief that, with the right support, everyone can reconnect with their inner healing wisdom and learn to befriend their nervous system. To support clients to meet these goals, she draws on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), parts work, and other modalities.

Chelsea has worked in both the private and non-profit sectors supporting people who have goals related to, amongst other things, anxiety, relationships, trauma throughout the lifespan, and workplace issues. She has a particular passion for helping people connect with their authentic selves.

Chelsea subscribes to the idea that “variety is the spice of life” and has (too) many hobbies, including reading, playing guitar, climbing, hiking, yoga, and travelling. She is a self-described “life-long nerd” who is always looking to learn something new. Her world revolves around her dog, Penny.
