Mary-Kate is a Registered Occupational Therapist with a diverse background in physical health and mental health. Since becoming an Occupational Therapist, Mary-Kate has primarily worked in the field of mental health with first responders and military members who have sustained a psychological injury. Mary-Kate has enjoyed utilizing modalities such as Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to assist clients in returning to meaningful occupation.
Outside of the clinic, Mary-Kate enjoys spending time outdoors going for a run, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family on Vancouver Island.
