I am a registered psychologist and have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years.
My journey, both personally and professionally, has shaped my belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of authentic human connection.
As your therapist, I don’t claim to have all the answers. Instead, my role is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and experiences, finding meaning and clarity in your own time and way.
And hey, let’s not forget the power of humour in therapy! Laughter has a unique ability to ease the burden of pain and add light to the darkness. That’s why you’ll find moments of levity woven throughout our sessions – because the work doesn’t always have to be heavy.
In terms of my therapeutic toolkit, I draw from a variety of approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Unified Protocol (UP) for anxiety and depression, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at the park or coffee shop with my Frenchie, Linus.
