Collette is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Occupational Therapist with specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Motivational Interviewing. She graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and has been working as a Registered Occupational Therapist within a return-to-work specialty since 2019. Collette is honored to work with first responders in their journey towards healing and recovery. This includes support in transitioning to return to work within a sustainable capacity and return to meaningful activities of daily living.

Collette values an authentic approach and is committed towards implementation of an evidence-based, client-centered practice. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, going for walks with her dog, biking, skating, and stand-up paddle boarding. She strives to continue growing personally towards the topics she teaches in self-care, self-compassion, acceptance, and occupational balance.
