
Cara Drover, MScOT, is an Occupational Therapist with over ten years of experience in physical, cognitive, and mental health rehabilitation. She is skilled in supporting clients with anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, chronic pain, concussion, and functional challenges impacting daily life and work.
Cara brings a blend of clinical expertise and leadership experience, having supported interdisciplinary teams, mentored clinicians, and contributed to quality improvement and evidence-informed program development. She collaborates closely with treatment teams, employers, insurers, and community partners to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
Cara integrates functional rehabilitation with mental health–informed approaches, including cognitive rehabilitation, pacing and planning strategies, exposure-based interventions, and ACT and CBT-informed techniques. She is committed to helping clients build confidence, develop practical skills, and engage more fully in the roles and activities that matter most.
