Narisha is a determined and compassionate Registered Occupational Therapist with specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and strategies & tools to improve engagement in day-to-day life . She completed a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology in Alberta and graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in Ontario. Narisha has been working as a Registered Occupational Therapist specializing with Worker’s Compensation Board clients since 2020.
Narisha is committed and honored to work with first responders in their journey towards healing and wellness. She continues to be dedicated in working to empower and support them in returning to sustainable work as well as returning to meaningful activities of daily life.
Narisha strongly values a holistic approach and works hard towards implementing a collaborative, evidence-based, client-centered practice. She believes in the inherent strength of all her clients and is inspired by the resiliency they demonstrate every day.
In her spare time, Narisha enjoys going for walks with her senior dog Peppy, eating all kinds of food (noodles is a favorite), drinking tea, and spending quality time with friends and family. She strives to continue growing personally to enhance her own skills and meet the needs of her clients to the best of her ability as a passionate Occupational Therapist.
