Manhong is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologist, and has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
Manhong strives to create a safe, calm, and collaborative environment that nurtures the client’s exploration into their mental health. Manhong seeks to support client’s through various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, various evidence-based trauma modalities, and exposure therapy. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and woodworking.

Manhong has experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. Manhong’s experience extends to first responder population, and workplace injury claims.

Manhong has training in the following evidence-based therapy modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Please note Manhong does not provide family or couple’s counselling and does not work with client’s under the age of 18.
