Kristen is a Registered Occupational Therapist whose educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick, and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. She has training and experience using various mental health approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and more.

Kristen’s passions lie within the practice area of Mental Health Care where she can help others use occupation as a means to help discover their own passions and purpose in life. She has worked with adults living with a wide variety of conditions such as PTSD; traumatic stress; mood and anxiety disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Kristen is a passionate Occupational Therapist with a dedication for promoting resilience and enhancing quality of life. Outside of work, you might find her hiking, camping, drawing, playing soccer, or hanging out with family and friends.
