Doug is a Registered Psychologist with a strong foundation in therapeutic intervention and case management. His work has focused primarily on supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Doug integrates evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help clients reconnect with what matters most in their lives.
Outside of his clinical practice, Doug enjoys running, watching TV shows, and playing sports with family and friends. He is a father to two young girls and is always on the lookout for the next great vegan recipe.
