Courtney grew up in Kelowna and continues to call it home. Her passion for physical activity and the outdoors has led to many hobbies including skiing, mountain biking, running, road biking, and hiking in the surrounding mountains.

Courtney completed her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics – Exercise Physiology at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan before earning her Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Drawing on her background in human movement and rehabilitation, Courtney takes a holistic approach to healing that honours the mind–body connection.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma informed approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

She integrates these modalities collaboratively, helping clients build practical coping skills, increase psychological flexibility, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Courtney strives to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, where clients can explore challenges at their own pace while moving toward a meaningful and values-driven life.
