Blake graduated from McGill University in 2011 with a Master of Social Work. Following graduation, he has worked for a variety of clinical settings, including addictions and mental health, chronic disease management, inpatient psychiatry, and outreach work with street entrenched populations. Blake has experience working with co-morbid mental health and addictions, and complex biopsychosocial conditions focused on stabilization, social integration, and recovery.
In addition to his training as a Social Worker, Blake holds a Master of Public Health, focused on population health from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University. He is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Addiction Care and Treatment.
