The Mind Body connection is a crucial part of a mental health program and treatment. Trauma can affect all parts of the body and typically when mental health declines, physical and leisure activities also decline. The goal with a Mindful Movement class is to provide a space to practice mindfulness with physical movement. This is not meant to be a physically exerting class and there is no experience required.

Zen Stretches

This is a space where clients are led through a zen based stretch class by a clinician where choice and modification of positions are encouraged, and clients can practice whichever poses and stretches they choose.
